About & Clinical Approach
Amanda is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a strong foundation in fitness and rehabilitation. She graduated from Conestoga College in the Fitness and Health Promotion program, where she also obtained her personal training and group fitness certifications through the Ontario Fitness Council. Prior to becoming an RMT, Amanda worked full-time in a gym for two years, gaining valuable experience in helping individuals improve their overall health and physical performance.
Amanda is committed to providing client-centered care focused on pain relief, improved mobility, and overall musculoskeletal health. She takes a clinical, assessment-based approach to treatment, working closely with each client to identify the root causes of discomfort and develop personalized treatment plans. Her treatments address muscle pain, movement restrictions, and postural imbalances that contribute to dysfunction. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques to help reduce pain, restore function, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Amanda works with clients experiencing chronic tension, stress-related muscle tightness or weakness, and everyday physical strain. She is passionate about helping clients better understand their bodies and achieve long-term improvements in movement, comfort, and overall well-being.
