Came to massage from healthcare and healthcare management. Personalized, evidence-informed care for pain, injury and stress.
I am a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong background in healthcare and a genuine passion for helping others improve their health and well-being. My career began in healthcare as a Personal Support Worker (PSW), where I had the privilege of supporting individuals with compassion, dignity, and respect. I later expanded my experience into healthcare management, developing leadership, communication, and organizational skills while continuing to focus on delivering quality client care.
These experiences inspired me to pursue a career in massage therapy, allowing me to take a more hands-on approach to helping people manage pain, recover from injury, reduce stress, and improve their overall quality of life. I believe in providing personalized, client-centered care and creating a welcoming environment where every individual feels heard, respected, and supported. I am committed to lifelong learning and using evidence-informed techniques to help my clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Whether you are seeking relief from everyday aches and pains, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to relax, I look forward to being part of your wellness journey.
